How do I join a table?
Before you can play, you need to choose a game and table which can be found in our lobby. After you have selected which game you would like to play, simply highlight the table selection and click "Go to table", at which point you are automatically taken to the game table. Once you arrive at the table, you will have to choose which seat you would like to play in. Simply click "Join" and you will be seated. You will then be asked how many chips you'd like to buy-into the table with. The minimum amount will be posted and you have the choice to take all or only a portion of your bankroll as long as it meets the minimum amount. Alternatively, with the new Quick Play feature, you simply select your game, limit type and stakes and press PLAY NOW. A matching table is automatically opened and you are ready to join the action.
What should I do if one of the tables I wish to join is full?
Highlight the preferred cash table and click on 'join waiting list' – You then have the option of adding yourself to the waiting list for this specific cash table, or alternatively you can select the option of joining the first available table which matches the blinds. You can also select the minimum number of players on the table prior to joining.
How can I view your upcoming tournaments?
Once you're in the Poker Lobby, click on either the Sit & Go icon or the Multi Tourney icon, at which point you can view all scheduled tournaments. To make things easier you can click on any of the subject lines, which will allow you to filter tournaments based on chronological order, buy-in cost, or tournament status.
How do I join a tournament?
To join a tournament, you would need to pay an entry fee before a tournament starts. Winnings are awarded to the top finishers in the tournament using a predetermined prize structure. Please note that you would not choose a seat at a table and then buy in. Instead you would register in a tournament and wait to be assigned a seat. You are then seated at random around the table and each player is given a predetermined number of chips. You cannot buy more chips during a tournament, unless the tournament allows re-buys and add-ons. Once you lose all of your chips, you are out of the tournament (freeze-out). A tournament finishes when one player has won all of the chips.
What happens if I win a tournament?
If you win a tournament that has a cash prize, the money will be automatically credited to your account. If you win a tournament where the prize is entry into an offline tournament, then a member of our team will get in contact with you.
Can I un-register for a tournament?
Yes you can. All you need to do is go into the relevant tournament via the poker lobby and once you view details, you can highlight the option to un-register. Please note however that you can only do this within the registration period. You will then receive a full refund of your tournament buy-in and entry fee costs.
What is a guarantee tournament?
These are tournaments which have a guaranteed amount in the prize pool regardless of how many people register for the tournament. Therefore if there's a $3k guaranteed tournament with a $20 buy in, if only 40 people registered, there would still be $3000 in the prize pool. If more people register and the tournament breaks its guarantee then the prize pool will be even bigger.
Is it possible to re-buy into a tournament?
Certain multi table tournament may allow re-buys and/or add-ons. A re-buy gives you the opportunity to buy more chips if you have run out. If you choose not to re-buy any chips, you will be eliminated from the tournament. An add-on will give you the opportunity to buy additional chips no matter how many chips you have left. A multi table tournament may offer both re-buys and add-ons or only re-buys, which will always be displayed clearly.
Is it possible to view my hand history?

Are you registered with a regulatory or governing body?
Boss Media are one of the leading software suppliers to the online gaming industry since 1997. As a publicly held company listed on the Stockholm Exchange, Boss Media must adhere to all regulations of the exchange and be held accountable to their shareholders. Lastly, Boss Media casino clients hold gaming licenses in Curacao, Kahnawake, Antigua, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. This would further indicate that the software platform and random number generator is truly random and secure, as it had to pass five (5) governments gaming boards; the Isle of Man is heavily renowned for having the strictest board in the industry. Naturally, Boss Media's random number generation system has been extensively tested both by simulating millions of rounds and by periodically monitoring game outcome.
How fairly are your cards dealt?
Our software providers Boss Media ensure unpredictable and statistically sound random numbers by using a Blowfish cryptographic algorithm as a random number generator (RNG). A truly random number is one that cannot be guessed or calculated before it is produced. When an algorithm generates a random number sequence in a computer system, the generated numbers must show an even distribution over some range of values and no correlation between successive values. The element of chance in Boss Media gaming systems is created through true random number generation (hardware) as well as pseudo random number generation (algorithms). The random number generator on Boss Media goes through correctors, buffers and up to 4 different algorithms. Initial data, keys and number of iterations for background cycling are continuously read from an external hardware. This external hardware generates true random numbers, based on amplified noise (white noise) from two independent Zener diodes. This solution by Boss Media provides a trustworthy and reliable source to generate numbers randomly.
