Dusk Till Dawn Poker are giving players a chance to take part in the €400 + €40 No Limit Hold'em event during the Marbella Poker Festival in April 2012. Held in one of Europe's most prestigious holiday resorts on the Costa del Sol, Marbella is the original Spanish Holiday hotspot, and will be home to the Marbella Poker Festival 2012.

Take part in one of the most exciting tournaments in Europe, which will be hosted at the Casino Marbella in Spain.

Dusk Till Dawn Poker are offering the chance to win a €1,300 prize package that includes:

• A luxury 3 night stay in Marbella for 2 persons
• €485 travel money
• €400 + €40 Live Tournament buy-in

There will be a selection of daily Satellites running over the next 6 Weeks starting on the 27th February 2012. Buy-in levels of the daily Satellites will range from Freerolls to €1, €6, and €14 Multi-table Sats.

The winners of the Freeroll & €1 Rebuy Satellites will qualify to the 20:30 Daily Freezeout with a buy-in of €14, whereas the winners of the €6 Rebuy, will qualify directly in to one of our €130 + €10 Online Finals, running every Sunday at 18:30 GMT; where your players can win one of the €1,300 packages.

Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter of this promotion is Dusk Till Dawn Poker.
• The tournament event that represents the prize is the €400 + €40 No Limit Texas Hold'em Live Event in the Casino Marbella, Spain to take place on the 25th April 2012.
  • The prize includes 3 nights stay for two in the H10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel in Marbella, €440 Live Event ticket & approx €485 for travel costs. Any extras and upgrades at the cost of the player.
• The travel arrangements including flights, travel to venue and visas are the sole responsibility of the player.
• The minimum age limit for the tournament is 18.
• Dusk Till Dawn Poker reserves the right to choose a replacement subject to their total discretion.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Dusk Till Dawn Poker. Dusk Till Dawn Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Dusk Till Dawn Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
• Dusk Till Dawn Poker accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
• Dusk Till Dawn Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.

• Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative.
• If the event is cancelled or if there is buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for force majeure.
• Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate and agrees to forfeit the prize. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, Dusk Till Dawn Poker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
• The winners will be required to wear Dusk Till Dawn Poker branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions.
• By participating in the tournament and satellites you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
• Seats for the €400 + €40 No Limit Texas Hold'em Live Event are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats to the event then he or she will forfeit one of them.
• Players can only win one satellite entry at a time to a Marbella Poker Final.
• There is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable for the Marbella Poker Online Finals.
• Players not entitled to play due to local regulations are excluded.
