To ensure the utmost security for our members, the following procedures have been put in place.
All members must provide their online username each time they wish to have access to the online facilities.
Supervision of all online players will be provided to ensure that players are not sitting together and playing on the same table.
If they are found to be playing in the same tournament or cash game, they will be asked to move. This will be considered a warning.
Online players are not permitted to use their mobile phones whilst playing an online game.
Players are unable to download any programs.
Only one laptop is allowed to be used on each table.
Each member may only use one laptop at a time.
Each laptop may only be used by the member signing it out.
Members are not permitted to use their own computer equipment on the premises.
Any situation in which collusion is suspected or reported will be closely monitored by our Card Room Managers and by our online staff. Where collusion between players is justifiably suspected and / or confirmed, the following sanctions will be enforced:
Should the Card Room Manager believe it to be an accidental or isolated incident, an initial warning will be given.
Further instances will lead to an immediate suspension of all online facilities, including their online account.
In more serious instances, the player will have his online and his live club membership revoked.
