All membership information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, a summary of which is stated below.
All members of Dusk Till Dawn have the right to see any information, relating to themselves, held on our files. All requests for any such information must be made in writing to the General Manager, Darren Whiten.
It is an offence to give out membership information to any third party without the written consent of the member concerned. Dusk Till Dawn will not therefore, pass on customer information to any third party. From time to time, we may wish to contact you with regard to promotional offers, both in Dusk Till Dawn and DTDPoker. You may opt out of receiving these at any time. Please ask at reception for details.
Dusk Till Dawn will display details of chip counts and tournament winners on the Dusk Till Dawn live club website. If you do not wish your name to be displayed, please inform the Card Room Manager at the time of registration and you will remain anonymous.
